Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

  • The product or service must be unused, unmodified, and in its original condition, if applicable.

  • Digital products must not have been downloaded or accessed beyond a reasonable trial or preview period (if provided).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Services that have already been rendered or partially completed.

  • Downloadable software or digital content that has been fully accessed.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Sale or discounted items marked as “final sale.”
